A former golf professional Rex has worked in the areas of golf course management, teaching and turf maintenance at some of the finest courses in B.C. and the U.S.A. Jinn Baik, Pro Shop Manager

Jinn grew up in Maple Ridge and started playing golf at the age of 9.  You may recognize Jinn from his previous golf experiences at other local Kamloops courses – Eaglepoint and Tobiano.   He believes in the friendly and professional environment of Sun Rivers and his mission is to ensure that all players are comfortable approaching himself and other staff members to ask for assistance with their game.

Jinn’s favorite spot on the course is Hole #10 – a par 5 that demands a good shot and a just as good second shot!  He points out that the green is very well protected and if you want to keep your score low to take time with your second shot, making a greedy mistake here can quickly turn the par into a quick bogey or worse.
